Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who creates a store on, or shops from a store hosted on, buybee.store. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

BuyBee.store provides tools to build an online catalogue whose orders are sent to the store owner over WhatsApp. Each store is run by an independent business. We are not the seller and are not a party to sales between shoppers and stores.

WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Store owner responsibilities

• Use your own real business name and details, and keep them up to date.
• Only sell lawful goods and services that you have the right to sell.
• Do not impersonate any other business, bank, government body or brand.
• Never ask shoppers for OTPs, card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or "KYC" details, and never link to pages that do.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is misleading, hateful or illegal.

Our rights

We may review stores, and we may suspend or remove any store or account that breaks these terms, is reported as fraudulent, or puts shoppers at risk, with or without notice.

Report a store

If a store looks fake or asks for sensitive details, email support@buybee.store with the store address. We review every report.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for products, payments or deliveries between shoppers and stores, or for indirect losses.
