Store packages
If you paid for a store package and want to cancel or request a refund, contact us at support@buybee.store within 7 days of payment. We review each request and reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Orders from stores
Orders placed in a store are between you and that store. Contact the store directly (using the WhatsApp or phone details on its page) about returns, cancellations or refunds. If a store does not respond or you believe it is fraudulent, report it to us.
